How to order & pay
  1. Add items to your cart and tap Buy Now & Pay.
  2. Enter your delivery details, then pay the exact amount either online through Razorpay, or by UPI to rudra.solutions@ptaxis (Rudra Solutions) using the QR code or your UPI app.
  3. If you paid by UPI, enter the transaction ID (UTR) and tap I Have Paid; no UTR is needed for online Razorpay payments. Your order and payment details reach us on WhatsApp.
  4. We verify the payment, confirm your order, and dispatch it with a GST invoice and tracking details.

Shipping, Returns & Policies

Shipping Policy
  • We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • We share the tracking details on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
  • Cancellation: you can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Item unavailable: if an item you paid for has already been sold, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 business days, or offer you a similar item if you prefer.
  • Returns: if your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp, with photos and an unboxing video. We will replace it or refund you in full.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, with the certificate (if one was supplied).
  • Because Rudraksha is a natural product, small variations in size, colour and shape are normal and are not treated as defects.
  • Refunds are made to the account or method you paid from within 7 business days of us approving the return.
Privacy Policy
  • We collect only what we need to process your order: your name, phone number, email and delivery address.
  • We use this information only to confirm, deliver and support your order, and to send updates you have asked for.
  • We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with our courier partners, and only to complete your order.
  • We do not collect or store any payment details on this website. UPI payments are made directly from your own UPI app, and online payments are processed securely by Razorpay, which handles your card, netbanking or wallet details under its own privacy policy.
